1. What information do we collect?

Personal information you provide. We collect information that you give us voluntarily, for example when you sign up for updates, register for Sole DXB 2026 or contact us. This may include your name, email address, mailing address, contact preferences and IP address.

Automatically collected information. We collect device, usage and log data automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device model, approximate location, the page you arrived from, pages visited and clicks on ticket and partner links. Analytics and advertising data is collected only after you accept cookies. This helps us secure and improve our website and Services.

Tickets. We do not sell tickets on this website. When you buy, you leave for Platinumlist, who handle payment and your order under their own privacy policy.

We process your personal information to manage your registration and participation in Sole DXB 2026, send you updates about the event and your registration, improve and personalise your experience, ensure safety and fraud prevention, and comply with legal obligations. We may also use data for analytics and marketing, only where you have given consent.

We use third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and HubSpot for analytics and marketing communications.

We only process your data when we have a lawful basis. Consent: you have given us permission, for example to receive marketing communications. Contractual necessity: we need to process your information to register and manage your participation in Sole DXB 2026. Legal obligations: we may need to retain information to comply with applicable laws.

We may share information with trusted service providers that support our operations: Platinumlist for ticketing, HubSpot for our contact list and newsletter, Sanity for content hosting, Vercel for website hosting, and Google and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement. When you click a Buy link, Platinumlist receives the page you came from so ticket sales can be matched to our marketing. All third-party partners are contractually bound to handle your information securely and only for the agreed purposes. We do not sell your data.

5. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

Yes. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice and your light or dark setting. They are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies and pixels are set only after you click Accept all. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of every page, or through your browser settings. Separately, our hosting provider Vercel counts page views without cookies and without identifying you; this count cannot be linked to a person.

6. How long do we keep your information?

We retain your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes outlined above or as required by law. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time by contacting inquiries@soledxb.com.

7. How do we keep your information safe?

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no digital system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18 years of age. If we become aware that a minor's data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

Event photography and videography consent. By participating in Sole DXB 2026, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed and video recorded during the event. You grant Sole DXB the right to use your image and likeness for corporate, promotional and communication purposes, including online and print media.
